Nutrition For Healthy Eyes
bad nutrition?
in the last 6 months i lost about 20 lbs and my eyes have gotten dark and my skin gotten more pale, i basically look like i’m sick all the time. last night at a party even a guy i know goes, “tyler man how come every time i see u, u look dead dude?” sometimes i can’t even get an erection. i know for sure this is from bad nutrition and i have started to eat healthy and exercise, but what certain foods or vitamins should i get to help my skin pigment and my eyes?
i also have trouble with looking awake, i’m usually just chillin in a chair pretty tired and don’t feel too well.
Make sure 45-65 percent of you calories comes from carbohydrates ( preferably whole grain). make sure less than 30% in fat and you are consuming 60g of protien a day.
