Eyes Do Need More Care in Winter
After the dry autumn, there is the cold and still dry winter. The temperature is nearly zero with some snow and the wind becomes strong and fierce day and night. In this period every year, our body needs more care, indeed, especially for women. If there is not enough attention, the daily life will suffer a lot, to some extent. So do pay more attention to the body from now on.
First of all, a pair of healthy eyes does need more nutrients in the winter. For women, eyes are always the part need more care all the time. During autumn and winter days, a pair of dry eyes is usually a real nuisance for women, especially the myopia with contact lens. Of course, there are a lot of measures right for eye protection. For occupational women, working in the air-conditioning office room, eyes are easy to become dry, together with working in front of computer screen for hours. Keep eyes moving and give them more rest. Never concentrating on the screen over one hour. Five to ten minutes every hour is a must to keep healthy eyes. Then do the Eye Exercises and look in a distance. A cup of tea at hands to create moist environment, is also a good idea. Then are various of fruit and vegetables, like orange and green vegetables. They can complement enough vitamins and some water to the body. By the way, try to sleep early at night. Staying up late and less sleep are both harmful behaviours risking the health of body, especially eyes. For people with contact lens, do take off them and change for the glasses, when working with computer, especially in these harsh days.
Moreover, the skin is dry, too. Keeping skin moist is a hard and difficult task in autumn and winter. Compared to more makeup, some right food is more healthy. Some fruit and vegetables, like cucumber, tomato, grape, lemon, kiwifruit, etc. Besides all the above food, why not have a glass of milk and soybean in the morning? Of course, all the above food are not only good for skin, but also right food for our eyes’ heatlh. In daily, we should do some trifles to keep healthy. In fact, they are not excessive things and every trifle-looking measure is important for our health.
